		<description>I think it's because of the fact that it is more artsey than having to do with the actual words.

Heck, most of the time people really have to go only on what the tattoo artist says, not their own personal research.  So, in the end the tat could say "moron" and they'll point it out to their buddies in the way you exemplified.</description>
